How a cape is made

Federica Mantelli™ is an Italian artisan brand. Fabric, cutting, sewing and packaging: every step takes place in Italy, in the province of Como, in the hands of just a few people.

Federica chooses every fabric herself, one roll at a time: high quality viscose and polyester. Cutting and sewing are entrusted to an artisan tailoring workshop, one piece at a time. Each cape is then folded by hand, wrapped in tissue paper and closed with the Federica Mantelli seal, then shipped by express courier, in Italy and abroad, to the customers who chose it.
