Shipping policy

Products purchased on this site are shipped by insured express couriers: GLS for Italy and the European Union, FedEx for Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free for the customer, with no minimum purchase, on all orders to Italy, the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

For the United States, a flat shipping contribution of €45 applies, shown at checkout.

For shipping to other destinations, write to us at info@federicamantelli.com and we will prepare a dedicated quote.

Delivery times

Each cape is made to order by our tailoring workshop when you place your order: delivery takes place in about 10 business days from order confirmation, via insured express courier. This is an estimated timeframe, which may vary depending on the model chosen and the destination.

Destinations and duties

We ship to Italy, the countries of the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.

For destinations outside the European Union (Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States), the product price does not include import VAT or any customs duties of the destination country: these amounts are collected directly by the courier upon delivery, separately from what was paid on the site. The same is stated in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Tracking and delivery

The customer receives the shipment tracking link by email as soon as the package is handed over to the courier. Upon delivery, please check that the number of parcels matches the delivery document and that the packaging and seals are intact, reporting any damage or discrepancy to the courier immediately.

Returns

Unlike the outbound shipment, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or does not match what was ordered. For full details, see our Return Policy.
