Return conditions
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and unwashed, with all original labels still attached, within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal. Whenever possible, we recommend using the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or does not match what was ordered, in which case the costs are covered by us.
Refund
The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of shipment, if earlier), using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
