Choosing the Fabric
For Notte, Federica chose a solid deep blue viscose - a color that looks almost black in the dark and reveals its full blue depth in daylight. A softer alternative to classic black, offering the same understated elegance with a bit more personality. The hand is soft, the drape fluid: a fabric designed to be worn often, without ever growing tiresome.
Craftsmanship
Every Notte cape is made in Italy, from fabric to finished garment: crafted piece by piece by the skilled hands of our artisan seamstress. Even the box it arrives in is made in Italy - a short supply chain, not just a slogan.
Unboxing
The cape arrives wrapped in tissue paper, itself protected by a second, softer layer to safeguard the fabric: a small unboxing ritual, designed with the same care as the garment it holds.

Every Federica Mantelli cape is made entirely in Italy: the fabric — high-quality viscose or polyester — comes from Italian textile suppliers, the garment is hand-sewn by an artisan tailoring workshop in the province of Como, and even the box and packaging it arrives in are produced by Italian suppliers. A short, entirely Italian supply chain, from raw material to the last stitch — verified piece by piece, not a slogan.
